Bicycling for Fitness and Fun
As an expert in bicycling for health, fun, and charities, the author discovered that cycling on a regular basis improved her arthritic joint conditions, lowered her blood pressure, and helped her lose weight. Bicycling also increased her circle of outdoor friendships.
